ArkLight Design is a company selling remote entirely based in France.
Our distribution method allows us to offer you the lowest prices for high quality equipment.
We do not receive customers at our office. It is therefore not possible to come and test the hardware or collect your order in our premises. Thank you for your understanding.

Any
order under a product appearing in the online store's
website-design.com www.arklight requires consultation and prior
acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The click validating the order implies full acceptance of these. The click value of "digital signature"

These
general conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of
the parties under the online sale of goods offered by the consumer
ArkLight DESIGN.
Order Confirmation:
The contractual information will be confirmed via e-mail to the address indicated by the consumer in the purchase order.
Proof of the transaction:
The
records stored in the computer systems of the company DESIGN ArkLight
in reasonable conditions of safety are considered proof of
communications, orders and payments between the parties.
The filing of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable can be produced as evidence.
Product information:
All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented www.arklight shop-design.com. DESIGN

Validity of the offer and the price of it:
Our prices are valid for the day.
Method of Delivery:
The
products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the
order form and only on the geographical areas that we serve.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The
customer must notify the carrier (or factor) the slightest trace of
shock (holes, signs of crushing etc. ..) on the package, and if
appropriate, refuse the package. An identical new product will then be returned free of charge.
The
exchange of any product declared, a posteriori, damaged during
transport, without any reservation has been issued on receipt of the
package, can not be supported.
As in any expedition, it is possible to be delayed or that the product gets lost. In such cases, we contract the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary to find this package. If applicable, the trader will be reimbursed by the carrier and deliver a new package identical to its costs.
We
disclaim any responsibility for the longer delivery times because of
carrier, especially in case of loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.
Delivery problems due to carrier:
Any
anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to
the delivery order, damaged parcel, broken product ...) must be
indicated on the delivery form of'' reserve'' manuscript, accompanied by
the signature of customer.
The
consumer must confirm this problem by sending the carrier within two
(2) business days following the date of delivery by registered mail with
return receipt stating such claims.
The consumer must send a copy of this letter to ArkLight DESIGN 77 rue Lamarck 75018 Paris. Without this, we do not carry any exchange.
Delivery errors:
The
consumer must make to society ArkLight DESIGN, same day delivery or
later than the first business day after delivery, any claim of error of
delivery and / or non-conformity of goods in kind or in quality compared to the instructions on the order form.
Beyond this period, any claim will be rejected.
The formulation of this claim with the company ArkLight DESIGN may be made at 77 rue Lamarck 75018 Paris.
Any
claim not made in the rules defined above and within the time limits
could not be taken into account and release the company from all
liability ArkLight DESIGN towards the consumer.
In
case of error of delivery or exchange any product for exchange or
refund must be returned to the logistics company ASTELEM in its entirety
and in its original packaging in perfect condition to the following
address: ASTELEM p / c ArkLight Design - Industrial Zone Salting - 1090 Avenue Bigos - 34740 Vendargues
To
be accepted, all returns must be reported and have the consent of the
company ArkLight DESIGN, which if agreed ship the package to the correct
address.
The
shipping costs are the responsibility of the company ArkLight DESIGN,
except in cases where it would prove that the product does not match the
original declaration made by the consumer in the right way back.
Product warranty:
The
provisions hereof can not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee
which obliges the seller to guarantee against all consequences of latent
defects of the thing sold.
The warranty period of the products is one year (1 year) from receipt. Are
excluded from this warranty, all products modified or repaired by the
customer or by any other entity that providers chosen by the company
ArkLight DESIGN.
The warranty is to repair or exchange of a product or products which do not meet the initial state for receiving said product.
Are
excluded from the warranty claim, damage borne by the consumer whether
voluntary or involuntary, resulting from abnormal use and beyond that
provided by the manufacturer. Wear by the use of a product can not be a warranty claim.
For
branded products ArkLight Design: these are developed and produced by
ArkLight Design Ltd., the consumer may request the inclusion of their
product warranty directly ArkLight Design SARL. It undertakes to repair or replace the product within the time limit of one year.
For
other brands: ArkLight Design Ltd. will be the intermediary between the
consumer and the manufacturer to obtain warranty service. ArkLight Design SARL undertakes to put everything in place to repair or to replace the product damaged. It is then an obligation of means and not an obligation of result apply to the warranty (it is not a warranty dealer). ArkLight Design Ltd can not be held responsible for failures in terms of warranty from the manufacturer (brand).
Shipping costs to return the product to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer.
In
any case, an application for the purpose of implementing the guarantee
may involve a refund or exchange would be borne by ArkLight Design SARL.
Exchange or refund if there is, it will only be because of the manufacturer (brand).
ArkLight Design Ltd., in addition to its own products is only through the establishment of the guarantee. ArkLight
Design Ltd can not be held to an obligation of result and is not
responsible for the failure of the manufacturer with respect to this
warranty.
In
the case, the judgment of the collaboration between ArkLight Design
SARL and another manufacturer (brand), ArkLight Design Ltd can not be
held to its obligation of means for the implementation of the guarantee.

Right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons.
Accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of seven (7) calendar days to return, at its expense, the products do not suit him.
This period starts from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer.
All returns must be reported prior to mandatory customer service company ArkLight DESIGN.

Sensitive
products (fuel, food containers) should not have been unsealed so that
the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Only
products returned are in their entirety, in their original packaging
complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except for the shipping and return.
Assuming
the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to
ask during this time seven days after receiving the product or refund
of monies paid, or exchange the product. In the case of an exchange, the return will be at the expense of consumers.
After this time of seven (7) days, the consumer may require only an exchange and not a refund. This request must be made thirty (30) days after receipt of the product. The consumer will then have a voucher equal to the price of the returned product (excluding shipping). This credit will be valid for the same calendar year and over a period of two months.
After
these periods of seven (7) days and thirty (30) days, any request to
return product for any reason other than warranty claim will not be
accepted and that in accordance with the legislation in force.
In
case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company ArkLight DESIGN
will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within thirty days.
Rights of use:
The use of trademarks on the site is strictly prohibited. The texts on this site are www.arklight-design.com results of our own tests and experiments. They are written by our care and can not be used for commercial use by another shop or any other actions of sale.
Force majeure:
Neither
party has breached its contractual obligations, insofar as their
execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event of
force majeure. Be
considered a force majeure any compelling facts or circumstances,
outside parties, unpredictable, inevitable, independent of the will of
the parties and can not be prevented by them, despite all efforts
reasonably possible.
The
party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten
working days following the date on which it becomes aware.
Both
parties will then, within three months, unless unable due to force
majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree the conditions
under which the contract will be continued.
If the force majeure lasts for more than a period of one month, these terms may be terminated by the injured party.
Explicitly,
are considered force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond
those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and
tribunals: the blocking of transport, earthquake, fire, storm, flood,
lightning, stop telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication networks to external customers.
No partial validation:
If
one or more provision of these terms and conditions are held to be
validated or declared as such under any law, regulation or following a
final decision of a competent court, other provisions shall remain in
full force and scope.
No waiver:
The
fact that one of the parties does not rely on a breach by the other
party to any of the obligations in the context of these general
conditions of sale can not be interpreted in the future as a claim the obligation in question.
Law:
These general conditions are subject to French law. This is for the fund rules as to the rules of form.
In case of dispute or claim, the consumer should first contact the company ArkLight DESIGN for an amicable solution.
Protection of personal data:
All data that you entrust to us are able to process your orders.
Under
Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and
liberties, you have to design the company ArkLight a right of
rectification, consultation, modification and deletion of data you have given us. This right may also be exercised online.
We promise not to sell to any person or entity the information you entrust to us.
Disputes:
All
orders placed through the website-design.com www.arklight won the
support of the client, and without limitation, the terms and conditions
of sale of the company ArkLight DESIGN.
When
selling to a corporation, any disputes concerning the sale (price,
Terms and Conditions, products, ...) will be subject to French law
before the Commercial Court of the headquarters of the company ArkLight
